This selection of bacon and brats, crafted from Mosefund Farm’s rare, free-range Mangalitsa pork (it’s the best bacon and links we’ve ever tasted) will make Saturday’s stack of pancakes, oozy egg yolks and Bloody Mary’s taste even better. There’s enough to feed a crowd.

The new mantra: wooly pigs make wicked bacon. Orginally raised for consumption exclusively by the Hapsburg royal family, Mangalitsa pigs can now be found on Mosefund Farm in New Jersey. Wooly pig bacon is rich and sweet with ribbons of glorious fat, and a gentle smoke flavor that lingers.
