Michael Clampffer is a 1998 CIA graduate. He has worked for many years in high-end New Jersey restaurants including the Stage House and Table 8. He is now a private chef for Mosefund Farm and holds the title of Vice-President of Mosefund Mangalista.

With a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Education, years of experience in food service and a flair for customer service, cooking, writing and photography, Heidi is poised to make a difference in the way the world views pork. By bringing the quality of Mosefund products to the forefront of the culinary world she hopes people will see that Mangalitsa is the key to redefining pork in the United States.
